Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy

Resin Rock LLC (“Resin Rock USA”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to conducting all business in an honest and ethical manner. We take a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and are dedicated to acting professionally, fairly, and with integrity in all of our business dealings across the United States and internationally.

1. Purpose
This Policy sets out our responsibilities, and those of anyone working with or on behalf of Resin Rock USA, in observing and upholding our strict stance against bribery and corruption.

2. Scope
This Policy applies to:
· All employees, directors, and officers of Resin Rock LLC.
· Contractors, agents, suppliers, and any third parties acting on our behalf, both in the United States and internationally.

3. Our Policy
· Bribery in any form — offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting anything of value to improperly influence a business outcome — is strictly prohibited.
· Facilitation payments, “kickbacks,” or unofficial payments to secure or accelerate routine actions are not permitted.
· Gifts and hospitality must always be proportionate, reasonable, and properly declared.
· Business decisions must be based solely on merit and legitimate business criteria.

4. Responsibilities
· Management is responsible for ensuring compliance with this Policy.
· Employees and Contractors must not engage in any practice that could be interpreted as bribery or corruption.
· Any concerns should be reported immediately to management.

5. Compliance
· We comply with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and all other applicable federal and state anti-corruption laws in the regions where we operate.
· Any breach of this Policy may result in disciplinary action, termination of contracts, and possible legal proceedings.

6. Review
This Policy will be reviewed annually and updated as required to reflect changes in U.S. legislation and best practices.
