1. Eligibility for Refunds
· Refunds are available for approved returned items that meet our return conditions.
To be eligible, the item must be:
. Unused
. In its original packaging
. In resalable condition
. Returned with proof of purchase
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
· Resin kits
· Aggregates
· Custom blends or made-to-order products
· Clearance or promotional items
· Goods returned in damaged or used condition (unless defective at delivery)
3. Refund Process

If approved, you will receive instructions for returning the goods.
Once received, we will inspect the goods and confirm whether a refund is approved.
4. Refund Method & Timeframe
· Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method only.
· Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we confirm approval.
· Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where goods are defective or incorrectly supplied.
5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Goods
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement, credit, or refund.
