Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy sets out the terms of the Lifetime Warranty offered by Resin Rock LLC (“Resin Rock USA”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
Our warranty demonstrates confidence in our products and our commitment to long-term performance when used as intended.

1. Scope of Warranty
· This Warranty applies to resin-bound surfaces installed using Resin Rock USA approved resins and aggregates.
· “Lifetime Warranty” means the expected service life of the surface under normal residential or commercial use, not the lifetime of the purchaser.
· The Warranty covers:
o Structural integrity of the resin-bound system
o UV stability of UV-stable resin systems
o Bond strength and durability of approved aggregates

2. Conditions of Warranty
This Warranty is valid only if:
· Installation was carried out by a trained and competent installer using Resin Rock USA materials.
· Correct mixing ratios, curing times, and substrate preparation were followed.
· Surfaces are maintained in accordance with the Resin Rock USA Maintenance Schedule.
· The surface has not been altered, repaired, or treated with non-approved products.

3. Exclusions
This Warranty does not cover:
· Incorrect or substandard installation methods.
· Use of non-approved resins, aggregates, or additives.
· Natural ground movement, subsidence, or frost heave.
· Damage from tree roots, heavy plant machinery, or sharp impacts.
· Discoloration from non-UV-stable resins or unapproved sealants.
· Damage from harsh chemicals, solvents, or incorrect cleaning products.
· Cosmetic issues caused by neglect, staining, or improper maintenance.
· Normal wear and tear.

4. Remedies
Where a valid claim is accepted, Resin Rock USA may, at its discretion:
· Supply replacement resin and/or aggregate materials, or
· Contribute materials toward a reinstallation, or
· Provide guidance and technical support for rectification.

This Warranty does not cover:
· Installer labor costs (unless agreed separately with approved subcontractors).
· Any consequential or indirect losses.

5. Duration
The Warranty remains valid for the expected service life of the surface, provided all conditions are met.

6. Claims Procedure
To make a claim:

· Provide proof of purchase, details of the installer, and photographs of the affected area.
· Resin Rock USA may arrange a site inspection before confirming eligibility.
· Claims must be made within 14 days of the defect becoming apparent.

7. Consumers vs. Business Customers
· Consumers: This Warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under applicable U.S. federal and state consumer protection laws.
· Business Customers: Our liability is limited to the replacement value of the materials supplied.

8. Governing Law
This Warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
