This statement is made by Resin Rock LLC (“Resin Rock USA”, “we”, “our”, “us”) in line with the spirit of the U.S. Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA) and other applicable U.S. federal and state legislation. Although our turnover is below the legal threshold requiring a formal statement, we recognize the importance of transparency and ethical responsibility in the resin surfacing industry.

· Resin Rock USA supplies resin-bound surfacing materials, including resins, aggregates, and related tools, to trade and consumer markets.
· Our operations are based in the United States, with trusted international supply partners.

3. Supply Chain Standards
We work closely with carefully selected suppliers in the U.S. and overseas. We expect all suppliers to:
· Adhere to local labor laws.
· Provide safe and fair working conditions.
· Prohibit forced, bonded, or child labor.
· Respect workers’ rights and fair pay.
Where possible, we prioritize suppliers who can demonstrate their own commitment to ethical sourcing and compliance.

4. Policies & Training
· Our procurement team reviews all new suppliers against strict ethical and quality standards.
· Staff involved in purchasing receive training to recognize and prevent unethical practices.
· We encourage open reporting of concerns, which are taken seriously and investigated promptly.

5. Risk Assessment & Due Diligence
· We assess potential risks within our supply chain, particularly where products are sourced internationally.
· If risks are identified, we work directly with suppliers to address issues or terminate relationships if necessary.

6. Continuous Improvement
This statement is reviewed annually. As we expand into new U.S. and international markets, we remain committed to strengthening our due diligence processes and ensuring ethical practices across our entire supply chain.
