Resin Rock LLC (“Resin Rock USA”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to reducing our environmental impact and operating sustainably across all areas of our business. · We source aggregates responsibly, favoring granite, quartz, and marble over limestone due to performance and durability.
· We work with suppliers who demonstrate strong environmental and ethical standards.
· We continually review supply chains to minimize transportation distances and improve sustainability.

3. Waste & Recycling
· Resin packaging is recyclable, and we encourage responsible disposal by installers and clients.
· Off-cuts and waste aggregates are reused where possible in non-critical applications.
· We collaborate with partners to expand recycling initiatives within the resin surfacing industry.

4. Energy & Carbon Reduction
· We aim to reduce carbon emissions through optimized logistics and consolidated deliveries.
· Our future strategy includes exploring resin systems with integrated solar and thermal energy functions (Resin Heat) to reduce reliance on traditional energy sources.
· We are committed to supporting U.S. sustainability goals, including state and federal carbon reduction initiatives.

5. Innovation & Continuous Improvement
· Through Resin Heat, our R&D division, we are developing technologies that capture and store solar energy through resin-bound surfaces, helping reduce carbon emissions from heating and cooling.
· We monitor our environmental performance annually and review this Policy at least once per year.

6. Responsibility
· Management is responsible for ensuring this Policy is implemented and maintained.
· All employees, contractors, and installers are expected to follow sustainable practices in line with this Policy.
